We take extra care when packing your order so ensure that your earrings are safe while on delivery. If you recieve your order and the earrings have been damaged, please reach out to us immediately.

In the event that you have changed your mind after ordering with us, please reach out to us ASAP as most orders are posted the same day.

We want you to love your earrings as much as we have loved making them for you, however due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@fearlessandwild.com.au within 7 days of receiving goods so we can arrange a replacement.

Our earrings are crafted using 304 Stainless steel posts which are great for sensitive ears.

Polymer clay is durable and flexible, but please refrain from bending or applying excessive force to your earrings as they may break if handled in such way.

Please be mindful not to spray perfumes, hair spray, makeup or moisturisers on your earrings. These may cause discolouration to your jewellery. 

Pool chemicals can also cause discolouration to your earrings and the findings that we use, so please take these off before going for a dip.
